Every morning NEXUS automatically searches the internet for businesses that still have room for digital growth — hair and barber salons, nail and beauty studios, car services, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, photographers, restaurants, cafés, fitness centres, small local companies, tradesmen and hundreds of other professions.
It analyses publicly available information from Google Search, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, business catalogues, local directories and public databases.
Each company is evaluated against a set of factors: does it have a website, is it modern or outdated, does it run on legacy platforms, is it responsive, is the SEO solid, are the contact details correct, is the visual identity professional, how active is the brand on social media and how much potential it has to win more customers. The output is an internal digital readiness score.
The analysis is written into a clear Excel lead database — company name, owner, e-mail, phone, website, social profiles, location, profession, detected weaknesses, outreach priority and a redesign recommendation.
From all discovered companies the AI picks the single best candidate, weighing current website quality, brand strength, social activity, local competition, visual improvement potential and expected business value.
For that client NEXUS automatically generates a personalised website proposal — not a generic template, but a tailored design based on the industry, brand colours, tone of communication, photos, logo, target audience, modern UI/UX principles and current design trends. The result is a realistic preview of a professional website that works as a powerful lead magnet.
Nothing is ever sent by AI alone. NEXUS delivers the full package for review — a link to the new website proposal, the contact database, the company analysis, recommendations, a prepared e-mail text and the reasons why this client was selected. The human always has the final word.
After approval NEXUS prepares a personalised e-mail with a greeting, a short analysis of the current state, the main problems, the proposed solution, a link to the ready website design and a clear call to action.
The whole process runs daily: 08:00 the analysis starts, 08:00–08:20 new prospects are discovered, then evaluation, selection, generation and an e-mail notification. After roughly 20 minutes the complete package is ready.
