Introduction

- digital transformation of businesses
The scope of each engagement is always defined by an individual quote or contract.
3. Formation of the Contract
A contractual relationship is formed by:
- confirmation of a quote
- signing of a contract
- or written confirmation of an order
Each project may have individually agreed terms.
4. Pricing
Pricing is set individually based on:
- project scope
- development complexity
- estimated delivery time
- technologies used
- client requirements
All prices are stated in the quote or contract.
5. Payment Terms
Invoicing follows individual agreement.
Payments may be made:
- as a one-time payment
- in stages
- as a monthly subscription
- or a combination of the above
In the event of late payment, the provider reserves the right to suspend work until obligations are settled.
6. Delivery Timelines
Expected delivery dates are always agreed individually.
Timelines may be reasonably extended in particular due to:
- changes to the brief
- delayed delivery of materials
- technical obstacles
- force majeure
7. Client's Obligations
The client undertakes to:
- provide truthful information
- deliver required materials
- communicate in a timely manner
- approve individual project stages
- pay invoices within the due date
8. Provider's Obligations
IT Dynasty undertakes to:
- perform work professionally
- protect confidential information
- communicate transparently
- respect the agreed project scope
- inform the client of significant changes
9. Project Changes
During execution, the client may request an expansion of the project.
Any additional functionality may affect:
- the price
- the schedule
- the scope of work
Such changes will always be approved by both parties.
10. Complaints
If the client identifies defects in the delivered solution, they may report them without undue delay.
IT Dynasty undertakes to assess and reasonably resolve the complaint as soon as possible.
11. Intellectual Property
All copyright remains with the respective authors until the conditions agreed in the contract are met.
Licenses, source code, and ownership rights are governed by an individual contract or quote.
12. Limitation of Liability
IT Dynasty is not liable for:
- outages caused by third parties
- client interference with the delivered solution
- damages caused by improper use of the system
- events caused by force majeure
13. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to maintain confidentiality regarding all confidential information obtained during cooperation.
This obligation remains in force after cooperation ends.
14. Termination
Cooperation may be terminated:
- by mutual agreement
- by withdrawal from the contract
- by notice under individual terms
After termination, all open obligations will be settled.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Any disputes will primarily be resolved by mutual agreement.
If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved by the competent court of the Slovak Republic.
16. Final Provisions
IT Dynasty reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The current version of the document, together with the date of the last update, will always be published on this page.
